Photography and dreams are both constructions, closely associated with direct experience and often mistaken as a record of memory or reality. 'Dreamcatcher' is a series, drawing inspiration from a small collection of my flatmates' dreams. Based on each narrative, I created a photographic response. The project aims to draw attention to the blur between representation, perception and sensation and how dreams and photography are both impacted by these philosophical categories.
